Our company is seeking an experienced Site Manager for a full-time position in Ripley, TN.
The Site Manager is responsible for oversight of the daily operations of the complex. The responsibilities include reviewing applications for potential tenants, applying established criteria for resident qualification, renting apartments, collection rents and deposits, coordinating property maintenance, and preparing necessary paperwork.
The Site Manager must have a commitment and enthusiasm towards the success of the community. And possess the ability to work cooperatively and effectively with a diverse group of people. Strong Time management skills and the ability to multi-task are also essential. Hud and Onesite experience is preferred.

Pay: $13.00 - $18.00 per hour
Expected hours: No more than 40 per week
